This is from the 1950's, the Flatt & Scruggs show out of Nashville. "Uncle Josh" Graves played dobro and "cousin Jake" played bass and sang harmony for the band. These guys played important roles on the band's hits, "Ballad of Bonnie and Clyde" and the theme to the Beverly Hillbillies.
